A Workshop for Hegelian and German Idealism Scholars of Australia

University of New South Wales, Sydney, 29th – 30th September 2016

Keynote Speaker: Paul Redding, University of Sydney

On the occasion of the first annual meeting of the Australian Hegel Society (AHS), we invite contributions from Hegelian and German Idealism scholarship for the AHS Inaugural Conference.
The conference aims at stimulating fruitful exchanges between Australian established scholars, young researchers, and PhD students.

Contributions on any aspect of Hegel’s philosophy and its reception, as well as on the relationship between Hegel and his contemporaries, are welcome.

Participation:
The workshop is open to postgraduates and researchers based in Australia and New Zealand with interests in Hegel and German Idealism. To notify your interest in presenting your research at the AHS Conference, please send the title and an abstract of your paper (no more than 250 words) to the following address: theaustralianhegelsociety@gmail.com by June 30, 2016. Presentation time will be 30 minutes.
