We are very glad to announce the international conference Freedom of God, Freedom of the Human Being. Schelling and the Medieval Philosophy / Libertà di Dio, libertà dell’essere umano. Schelling e la filosofia medievale / Freiheit Gottes, Freiheit des Menschen. Schelling und die mittelalterliche Philosophie / Liberté de Dieu, liberté de l’homme. Schelling et la philosophie médiévale.

The event will take place on November 28th-29th at the Università degli Studi di Padova (Sala delle Edicole, Palazzo del Capitanio – Piazza Capitaniato 3) and on Zoom.

For both in-person and Zoom attendance, please email phil-rel.pd@hotmail.com.

The conference is organized by Enrico Moro and Barbara Santini, in cooperation with CIRFIM and the Internationale Schelling-Gesellschaft. The event is sponsored by the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Pedagogy and Applied Psychology of the University of Padova.

Speakers will include Olivier Boulnois (École pratique des hautes études, Paris), Giovanni Catapano (Università degli Studi di Padova), Christian Danz (Universität Wien), Gianfranco Frigo (Università degli Studi di Padova), Laurent Lavaud (Université Sorbonne, Paris), Antonio Petagine (Università degli Studi Roma Tre), Stefan Schick (Universität Leipzig), Henning Tegtmeyer (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven).
