Premio di Studio Vittorio Sainati

We are glad to give notice that the XVI Sainati Prize has been awarded to Giulia Bernard, for her article, That which necessarily interests everyone? Writing philosophy in the “age of Enlightenment”

The article will be published in the upcoming issue 2/2024 of Teoria, in a dedicated section for the prize.

This award, dedicated to Vittorio Sainati – esteemed professor of Moral and Theoretical Philosophy at the University of Pisa, who passed away in November 2003 – celebrates its sixteenth year. Since 2016, the prize has found a home in the distinguished philosophy journal Teoria, published by Edizioni ETS and founded by Vittorio Sainati in 1981. The journal is currently edited by Professor Adriano Fabris. For the past eight years, this initiative has welcomed article proposals from young researchers, offering them the opportunity for publication in the journal. The aim is to promote Italian and international scientific research and to honor the valuable contributions of scholars dedicated to advancing philosophical inquiry.
