THE EXHIBITION aims to explore the complex relationship between feminine and collective narratives, as well as the ambiguous interplay between memory and the destructive forces of history. The term ‘mediation’ is borrowed from Hegelian philosophy, which provides the backdrop for the Bildungsprozess explored in the exhibition. Additionally, through the artistic medium, key themes from the PRIN project Hegelian Constellation of the Feminine: A Hyper-archive for an Inclusive Bildung will be examined: from Hegel’s interactions with the female figures of his time in the biographical, aesthetic-artistic, and social spheres, to the direct or indirect impact they had on the philosopher’s life and thought, shedding light on their resistance, opacity, and contradictions.

MOHADDESEH RABBANINIA is a Ph.D. candidate in Philosophy at the University of Isfahan, Iran. Her research focuses on the Philosophy of Art and German philosophy, particularly Hegel’s Aesthetics. She has authored several articles on “Greek tragedy from the perspective of Hegel” and “The Other in Literature from Bakhtin’s Point of View”, which have been published in journals such as Metaphysics and collections of International Conferences on Literature and Intercultural Philosophy. In addition to her academic work in the philosophy of art, she has also pursued painting and has participated in several exhibitions, including international cultural and artistic events in Iran, Russia, and the United States.
